All account holders must provide valid identification and sign the account closure request form.
Any outstanding debts, fees, or transactions on the account must be settled before the close request can be processed.
The account closure request may take up to 30 days to be fully processed.
After account closure is complete, the remaining balance, if any, will be returned to you by check or transferred to another account specified by you.
